Mary Beth has been painting as long as she can remember. As an artist she has experiences of being a painter, sculptor, photographer, and an art educator with a BFA degree from LSU. The love of capturing the true essence of God's creation has brought her into painting commissioned portraits of people and wildlife.   Mary Beth’s pastel portrait paintings and wildlife paintings have won her many awards. Residing near Austin, Texas, Mary Beth’s wildlife paintings reflect the abundance of birds found in her back yard.  She is a member of The Central Texas Pastel Society, The Williamson County Art Guild, the Capital Art Society,Georgetown Art Works Board and The Austin Pastel Society. Mary Beth serves as President of the Williamson County Art Guild, Secretary of Georgetown Art Works and  Secretary of the Austin Pastel Society.
